About Mercury Opera Rochester

Mercury Opera Rochester is the area's newest cultural organization, and Western New York's only professional opera company.

Incorporated in 2004 and now in its sixth season, the company has earned enthusiastic support from the community.

The Mission of Mercury Opera Rochester is to produce a diverse repertoire of professional operas for a growing, appreciative audience. The organization observes the following core principles:
